手順
Slice the onion and potato into thin pieces. The thickness doesn't matter as they will be blended later.
Heat 1 tbsp of butter in a pot over medium-low heat and sauté the potato and onion until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
Add 100ml of water and 200ml of milk to the pot. Bring to a gentle boil.
Let the soup cool slightly, then blend it in a mixer for at least 10 seconds.
Return the blended soup to the pot and bring it to a gentle boil again.
Season with 1/4 tbsp of salt and add 1 slice of cheese. Stir until the cheese melts and the soup thickens.
