- 300g Vienna sausages
- 🍬 1.5 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 3 tbsp water
- 🌰 A small amount of sliced almonds
手順
Blanch the Vienna sausages briefly in boiling water.
Drain the sausages and make cross (+) cuts on one side.
Mix sugar, corn syrup, soy sauce, and water to create the sauce.
Heat a pan with cooking oil and fry the sausages until crispy.
Remove the sausages or push them to the side and pour the sauce into the pan.
Add the sausages back in and mix well with the sauce.
Sprinkle sliced almonds and mix gently.
Serve the sweet and savory Vienna sausage gangjeong.
