Bread
- 🍞 4 slices of bread
Vegetables
- 🌽 4-5 tbsp canned corn
- 🧅 1/4 onion, chopped
- 1/4 bell pepper, chopped
- 1/4 paprika, chopped
Cheese
- 🧀 2-3 cups pizza cheese
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Pinch of ground pepper
手順
Chop 1/4 paprika, 1/4 bell pepper, and 1/4 onion finely.
Soak chopped onion in water to remove its sharp taste, then drain.
In a bowl, mix chopped vegetables with a pinch of salt and ground pepper.
Add brown sugar, mayonnaise, canned corn, and pizza cheese to the bowl and mix well.
Spread the mixture onto slices of bread and top generously with more pizza cheese.
Place the bread slices in an air fryer and cook at 170°C (340°F) for 6-8 minutes.
Optionally, stack two slices of bread together before air frying for a thicker toast.
Serve hot and enjoy the melted cheese stretch!
