Main Ingredients
- 15 garlic scapes
- 🦐 2 handfuls dried shrimp
- 💧 3 tbsp water
- 3-4 drops sesame oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍯 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp mirin
手順
Trim the shrimp whiskers with scissors to avoid sharp edges while eating.
Cut off the flower buds of garlic scapes and slice them into 5 cm pieces.
Mix the seasoning ingredients (soy sauce, honey, mirin) in a bowl.
Dry roast the dried shrimp in a pan until aromatic.
Heat 1/2 tbsp oil in a pan and stir-fry garlic scapes over medium heat for 1 minute.
Add 3 tbsp of the prepared seasoning and stir-fry.
Once the seasoning reduces, add the shrimp and remaining sauce, then stir-fry.
Add water and stir-fry until the liquid evaporates. Repeat this process once more.
Finish with a few drops of sesame oil and sprinkle sesame seeds.
