- 1/2 paprika, diced
- 🌽 3 tbsp canned corn
- 🧅 1/2 onion, diced
- 🧀 2 slices cheddar cheese

- 2 tbsp oligosaccharide

Drain the liquid from the canned corn using a sieve.
Dice the paprika and onion finely, then prepare the tuna and canned corn.
