Main Ingredients
- 🥩 600g beef for bulgogi
- 100g glass noodles
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 1 green onion
- 🍄 100g oyster mushrooms
- 🥕 A small amount of carrot
- 300-400ml anchovy stock
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Korean soy sauce
- 🧂 To taste salt
- To taste black pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Bulgogi Marinade
- 6 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Korean soy sauce
- 6 tbsp apple juice
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- To taste black pepper
手順
Remove excess blood from the beef using paper towels.
Prepare apple juice by blending and straining half an apple.
Mix soy sauce, Korean soy sauce, apple juice, mirin, corn syrup, sugar, minced garlic, and black pepper to create the marinade.
Marinate the beef in the prepared sauce for at least half a day.
Soak glass noodles in water for 30 minutes before cooking.
Slice green onions diagonally, separate mushrooms, and julienne carrots and onions.
Prepare anchovy stock by boiling anchovies and kelp in water for 10 minutes.
Place marinated beef and onions in a hot pot, add anchovy stock, and boil over high heat.
Skim off foam, add carrots and glass noodles, and continue boiling.
Add soy sauce, mushrooms, and green onions, and boil briefly.
Adjust seasoning with Korean soy sauce and salt, then finish with black pepper and sesame oil.
