材料
Rice Cake
- 🍚 2 cups of rice cake
- 🥜 A small amount of peanuts
- 1 tbsp of canola oil
Seasoning
- 2/3 tbsp of gochujang
- 3 tbsp of ketchup
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp of sugar
- 2 tbsp of corn syrup
- 1/2 tbsp of soy sauce
- 💧 4 tbsp of water
手順
Boil the rice cakes in hot water for 2–3 minutes to soften them. Skip this step if the rice cakes are already soft.
Thread the rice cakes onto skewers.
Mix gochujang, ketchup, sugar, corn syrup, soy sauce, and water in a bowl to make the seasoning sauce.
Heat the seasoning sauce in a pan briefly until it simmers.
Heat a pan with canola oil and pan-fry the rice cake skewers until lightly browned.
Brush the seasoning sauce onto the rice cake skewers and sprinkle peanuts on top.
