Main Ingredients
- 🍝 1 serving of pasta
- 🍅 3 tomatoes
- 💧 700ml water
- 🧈 20g butter
Seasonings
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp salt
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧀 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese powder
- A dash of pepper
- 🌿 A pinch of parsley powder
手順
Blanch the tomatoes in boiling water and peel the skin. If using regular tomatoes, score an 'X' on the bottom for easier peeling.
Blend the peeled tomatoes in a mixer until smooth.
Pour the blended tomatoes into a pan, add 200ml water, and simmer on medium heat for 8 minutes while stirring.
Add 500ml water to the pan.
Add 1 serving of pasta and butter to the pan, and boil on high heat.
Add soy sauce, 1/2 tbsp salt, and 1 tbsp sugar. Stir and boil on high heat for 10 minutes. Adjust cooking time based on your preferred pasta texture.
Add 1/2 tbsp minced garlic to the pan.
Add 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese powder and a dash of pepper.
Simmer until the sauce is fully reduced.
Plate the pasta and sprinkle parsley powder on top.
