Main Ingredients
- 🧈 350g tofu
- 600ml anchovy broth
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 1 green chili, sliced
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion, sliced
Seasoning
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 0.5 tbsp fermented shrimp
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1.5 tbsp red pepper powder
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
- 1 tbsp perilla oil
手順
Slice the onion, green chili, and green onion as described.
Cut the tofu into large slices.
Mix soy sauce, fermented shrimp, minced garlic, red pepper powder, cooking wine, and perilla oil to prepare the seasoning.
Place the anchovy broth in a pot and arrange the tofu slices around the edges. Add the onion and green onion in the center, then pour the seasoning over.
Bring the stew to a boil for 5 minutes.
Add 1/3 tbsp of anchovy seasoning and simmer on medium-low heat until the broth reduces by half.
Add the green chili and adjust the seasoning with salt if needed. Serve hot.
