Main Ingredients
- 600g ripe kimchi
- 1 block tofu
- 🧅 1 onion
- 1 green onion
- 🧄 1 tbsp garlic
- 1 tbsp chili pepper or green chili
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- A small amount of canola oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
手順
Prepare all the ingredients.
Blanch the tofu in hot water.
Cut the kimchi, green onion, and onion into appropriate sizes.
Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a frying pan and add the kimchi.
Add onion, sugar, garlic, and chili pepper in sequence while stir-frying.
Cook the kimchi for 10 minutes, adding 2 tbsp chili powder and 50ml water to keep it moist.
