- 1/2 block tofu
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🍄 1/2 mushroom
- 🧀 1 cup pizza cheese
Seasoning Ingredients
- 🍅 1 cup tomato sauce
- A pinch of pepper
- 🧂 A pinch of salt

手順
Mash the tofu with a knife and prepare.
Chop the onion and mushroom finely.
Heat a preheated pan with olive oil and stir-fry onion, mushroom, and tofu in order.
Add seasoning ingredients to the stir-fried mixture and cook further. Adjust salt to taste.
Place the stir-fried tofu mixture into an oven-safe dish and top with pizza cheese.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 10 minutes until the cheese melts. Alternatively, microwave for about 4 minutes.
