材料
- Main Ingredients - 🧈 1/2 block tofu, crumbled
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🥛 100ml milk
- 🥬 1/2 handful spinach
 
- Seasonings - 🧂 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 🌰 1 tsp ground sesame seeds
 
- Cooking Oil - 1 tbsp cooking oil

Prepare 1/2 handful of spinach, crumble 1/2 block of tofu, and mix 2 eggs with 100ml milk and 1 tsp salt in a bowl.
Heat 1 tbsp cooking oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the crumbled tofu to remove moisture.
Pour the egg mixture into the pan and cook while scraping the bottom with a spatula.
When the eggs are halfway cooked, add the spinach and continue cooking until the eggs are about 2/3 done. Turn off the heat.
Transfer to a plate, sprinkle with ground sesame seeds and pepper. Optionally, drizzle a bit of sesame oil before serving.
