Main Ingredients
- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice
- 150g tofu
- 🥕 1/2 carrot, finely chopped
- 🧅 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 🧄 1 stalk green onion, chopped
- 🧂 A pinch of black pepper
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
手順
Finely chop the carrot, green onion, and onion.
Mash the tofu using the back of a knife or use silken tofu.
Prepare the sauce by mixing soy sauce, sugar, minced garlic, oyster sauce, and sesame oil.
Heat a pan with cooking oil and sauté the green onion, carrot, and onion over medium heat for 1 minute.
Add the mashed tofu and 1 tbsp of the prepared sauce. Sprinkle black pepper and stir-fry.
Add the cooked rice and the remaining sauce. Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Serve hot and enjoy your healthy fried rice.
