Vegetables
- 🧅 1 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped pickles or radish
- 🥕 1/2 cup chopped carrot
- 🌽 198g sweet corn
Sauce
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 🧂 a pinch of salt
- a pinch of pepper
手順
Chop the onion, pickles (or radish), and carrot finely. Rinse the sweet corn with water and place all ingredients into a bowl.
Add 1 tbsp sugar, a pinch of salt, and 2 tbsp vinegar to the bowl.
Add 1 cup mayonnaise to the mixture. If you don't have a measuring cup, use approximately 5 tablespoons.
Add a pinch of pepper (about three light shakes) and mix everything well.
Store the tartar sauce in the refrigerator and enjoy it with your meals.
