Vegetables
- 330g radish, sliced
- 1 stalk green onion, chopped
- 1 chili pepper, sliced
Broth
- 250ml dashi stock
Seasonings
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- Pinch of black pepper
