    • 300g napa cabbage
    • 300g radish
    • 1 handful bean sprouts
    • 🧅 1/2 onion
    • 2 stalks green onion
    • 🧄 2 tbsp minced garlic
    • 10 cups kombu broth
    • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • Seasoning Ingredients

    • 3 tbsp soy sauce
    • 3 tbsp fish sauce
    • 2 tbsp chili powder
    • 2 tbsp doenjang (fermented soybean paste)
    • 🧂 1/2 tbsp salt

Soak the beef in cold water to remove blood, changing the water periodically. Prepare kombu broth in advance.

Prepare the vegetables: slice radish into thin pieces, chop green onions and onion into large chunks, and cut napa cabbage into 8cm pieces.

Heat sesame oil in a pot, sauté the beef, then add radish and continue to sauté. Pour in kombu broth and bring to a boil, skimming off any foam.

Add napa cabbage, doenjang, and chili powder to the pot. Simmer on medium to low heat for about 10 minutes.

Add onion, garlic, soy sauce, and fish sauce. Adjust seasoning and simmer for another 30–35 minutes.

Add bean sprouts and green onions, simmer for 2–3 minutes, and finalize seasoning with salt if necessary.

Serve the soup hot and enjoy its sweet and savory flavors.
