- 3 perilla leaves, sliced
- 1 green chili, sliced

- 4 tbsp red chili powder
- 1 tbsp red chili paste
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 🧂 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 5 tbsp liquid from canned sea snails
手順
Slice the carrot thinly, julienne the cucumber, and slice the onion and perilla leaves into thin strips. Slice the green chili diagonally.
Cut the canned sea snails into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large mixing bowl.
In a small bowl, mix all the seasoning ingredients: chili powder, chili paste, garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, sesame oil, mirin, sesame seeds, and the reserved liquid from the sea snail can.
Add the sliced vegetables and the prepared seasoning to the bowl with the sea snails.
Serve the salad in a bowl or plate, optionally with cooked noodles on the side.
