- 🎃 1.5 pumpkins
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1/3 tbsp sugar
- 💧 50 ml water
- 1.5 tbsp corn syrup
- 🌰 A handful of sliced almonds
- Enough cooking oil
手順
Wash 2 pumpkins thoroughly, cut them in half, and remove the seeds. Use 1.5 pumpkins for this recipe.
Cut the cleaned pumpkin into bite-sized pieces.
Heat a pan with enough cooking oil and stir-fry the pumpkin pieces for 5 minutes.
Add 4 tbsp soy sauce, 1/3 tbsp sugar, and 50 ml water to the pan. Mix well, cover with a lid, and cook until the pumpkin is tender.
Once the liquid reduces and the pumpkin is cooked, add 1.5 tbsp corn syrup and mix well. Turn off the heat.
Sprinkle sliced almonds on top before serving.
