- 🥒 1 zucchini
- 🧅 1/2 onion
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧄 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
- 0.5 tbsp shrimp sauce
- 1 tsp anchovy sauce
- 💧 50 ml water
- A pinch of sesame seeds
手順
Cut the zucchini and onion into thick slices to prevent them from becoming mushy.
Heat 2 tbsp of sesame oil in a pan and add the zucchini and onion.
Add 0.5 tbsp of minced garlic and stir-fry.
Add 0.5 tbsp of shrimp sauce and continue stir-frying.
Once the vegetables soften, add 50 ml of water and stir-fry further.
Taste and adjust seasoning with 1 tsp of anchovy sauce if needed.
Sprinkle sesame seeds, turn off the heat, and serve.
