  • Noodles

    • 🍜 1 pack udon noodles
  • Vegetables

    • 1/2 bell pepper, sliced
    • 1/2 green pepper, sliced
    • 1 cup bean sprouts
    • 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
  • Seafood

    • 🦐 1 cup mixed seafood
  • Seasoning

    • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
    • 1/2 tbsp corn syrup
    • 1 tsp chili powder

Boil water and cook the udon noodles until tender.

While the noodles are cooking, prepare and slice the vegetables.

Drain the cooked noodles and set aside.

Heat oil in a pan and add chili powder to make chili oil.

Add all vegetables except bean sprouts to the pan and stir-fry.

Add mixed seafood to the pan and stir-fry until cooked through.

Add the noodles to the pan along with oyster sauce and corn syrup. Stir-fry well.

Add bean sprouts and stir-fry briefly.

Serve hot and garnish with bonito flakes if desired.
