 - 🥬 180g kimchi

- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce

 - 🧄 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
 - 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
 - 1 tbsp sesame oil
 
手順
Pan-fry 180g pork shoulder in a skillet until cooked.
Add 100ml water to the skillet as the pork cooks.
Mix in 1 tbsp chili powder, 2 tbsp soy sauce, and 0.5 tbsp minced garlic.
Add 180g chopped kimchi and 1 tbsp sugar to balance the sourness of the kimchi.
Add green onions and 1 tbsp sesame oil, then stir-fry everything together.
Boil tofu in water with sesame oil for 5 minutes, then cut into bite-sized pieces.
