- 2 whole squids
 
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 onion
 - 1 stalk green onion
 - 1 chili pepper
 - 🥕 Adequate amount of carrot
 
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp gochujang
 - 2 tbsp soy sauce
 - 2 tbsp chili powder
 - 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
 - 3 tbsp corn syrup
 - Pinch of black pepper
 
手順
Rinse the cleaned squid and remove excess water.
Cut the squid into bite-sized pieces and place them in a pan.
Slice the vegetables (onion, green onion, chili pepper, and carrot) and prepare them.
Heat a pan with a little oil and stir-fry the squid until the moisture is gone.
Add the prepared vegetables to the pan.
Add all the seasonings (gochujang, soy sauce, chili powder, garlic, corn syrup, and black pepper).
Stir-fry until the vegetables are slightly softened and the flavors are well combined.
