Main Ingredients
- 🦑 300g dried squid strips
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 4-5 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oligosaccharide syrup
- 🍬 1-2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🌰 1 tbsp sesame seeds
手順
Prepare the dried squid strips by cutting them into bite-sized pieces using scissors.
Mix 2 tbsp of mayonnaise with the squid strips and coat them thoroughly.
Combine all seasoning ingredients to make the sauce.
Heat the sauce in a pan until it bubbles for about 30 seconds, then turn off the heat.
Add the mayonnaise-coated squid strips to the pan and mix well using residual heat.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve.
