    • 🐖 600g thinly sliced pork belly
  • Seasonings

    • 1 tbsp gochujang
    • 3 tbsp soy sauce
    • 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
    • 1 tbsp mirin
    • 5 tbsp sugar
    • 2 tbsp chili powder
    • 1/2 tbsp black pepper

Mix the pork belly with 1 tbsp sugar and 1 tbsp minced garlic.
