材料
Vegetables
- 🍄 100g oyster mushrooms
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🥕 1/5 carrot, julienned
- 🧅 30g green onions, chopped
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- A dash of sesame oil
- A dash of vegetable oil
手順
Clean the oyster mushrooms gently without soaking them in water. Tear them into bite-sized pieces.
Sprinkle salt over the mushrooms and let them sit for 20 minutes until they release water. Lightly squeeze to remove excess moisture.
Slice the onion, julienne the carrot, and chop the green onions. Prepare other vegetables as desired.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan over high heat. Add the prepared vegetables and stir-fry.
Add oyster sauce and cooking wine to the pan. Stir-fry until well combined.
Finish with a dash of sesame oil and serve immediately.
