Peel and wash the onions, green chili peppers, and green onion. Prepare them for slicing.

Slice the onions into large pieces.

Slice the green chili peppers and green onion. Cut the chili peppers into small pieces and slice the green onion diagonally.

Slice the carrot into pieces similar in size to the onion slices.

Heat a pan over high heat. Add the sliced onions and carrots along with 2 tbsp of cooking oil. Stir-fry for 30 seconds, then add the green chili peppers, 3 tbsp soy sauce, and 1 tbsp corn syrup. Continue stir-frying.

Add the diagonally sliced green onion and 1.5 tbsp chili powder. Stir-fry for another 30 seconds to 1 minute.

Finish by adding 1 tbsp sesame oil and a small amount of sesame seeds. Mix well and serve.
