- 🐙 1 octopus
- 🧅 1 onion
- 1/2 bell pepper
- A bit of grapeseed oil
Seasoning Sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp rice wine
- 1 tbsp ginger juice
- A bit of sesame oil
- A bit of sesame seeds
- A bit of black pepper
手順
Cut the cleaned octopus into bite-sized pieces.
Mix the octopus with the seasoning sauce in a large bowl.
Let the seasoned octopus sit for a while to marinate.
Slice the onion and bell pepper thinly. Soak the onion in cold water to reduce its sharpness.
