材料
Vegetables
- 🍆 2 eggplants
 - 🧅 1/2 onion
 - 🧅 1/2 green onion
 
Seasonings
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
 - 2 tbsp soy sauce
 - 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
 - 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
 - 3 tbsp sesame oil
 - 1 tbsp sesame seeds
 - 🧄 1 tbsp garlic
 - a dash of black pepper
 
手順
Prepare all ingredients by washing and slicing the eggplant, onion, and green onion.
Heat 3 tbsp of vegetable oil in a pan and sauté the onion and green onion until fragrant.
Add 1 tbsp of garlic and stir-fry for 1 minute.
Add the sliced eggplant and stir-fry until softened.
Mix in 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp sesame oil, and a dash of black pepper.
Finish with 1 tbsp sesame oil and sprinkle 1 tbsp sesame seeds on top.
Serve the stir-fried eggplant warm and enjoy.
