- 100g dried pollock
- 🧅 1/2 green onion
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 2 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🌰 A sprinkle of sesame seeds
- A drizzle of sesame oil

Soak the dried pollock briefly, remove any remaining bones, squeeze out excess water, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Mix gochujang, minced garlic, oligosaccharide, soy sauce, sugar, and cooking wine to create the seasoning sauce.
Add the prepared seasoning sauce to a pan and bring it to a boil.
Slice the green onion and add it to the boiling sauce, cooking briefly.
Add the prepared pollock to the sauce, mix well, and stir-fry over medium-low heat until the sauce is absorbed.
Once the sauce is fully absorbed, finish by sprinkling sesame seeds and drizzling sesame oil.
