- 3 sticks imitation crab
Seasoning for Stir-fry
- 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 🧂 a pinch of salt
- a pinch of sesame seeds
Cucumber Preparation
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp coarse salt

Prepare the ingredients: cucumber and imitation crab.
Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise and remove the seeds with a teaspoon.
Slice the cucumber into half-moon shapes.
Sprinkle 1/2 tbsp of coarse salt over the cucumber slices and let them sit for 15 minutes.
Rinse the salted cucumber under running water and squeeze out the water using a clean cloth.
Cut the imitation crab into bite-sized pieces.
Heat 1/2 tbsp of coconut oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add the prepared cucumber slices to the pan and stir-fry.
Add the imitation crab pieces and 1 tbsp of cooking wine to the pan.
Season with a pinch of salt and sesame seeds. Stir-fry until everything is well combined.
