- 1 green chili
- 1 red chili
- 1 handful green onion

- 2 tbsp cooking wine
- A pinch of pepper
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1.5 tbsp oyster sauce
- 0.5 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp sesame oil

- 1.5 tbsp cornstarch
- 💧 3/4 cup water
- 3 tbsp cooking oil
手順
Defrost the shrimp and clean the squid, removing its skin.
Cut the squid and shrimp into bite-sized pieces.
Marinate the squid and shrimp with cooking wine and pepper.
Slice the onion, chili peppers, green onion, and garlic.
Wash and drain the bok choy thoroughly.
Mix cornstarch with water to create a slurry.
Heat cooking oil in a pan and sauté green onion and garlic until fragrant.
Add onion and stir-fry briefly, then add shrimp and squid.
Add bok choy, oyster sauce, soy sauce, and corn syrup, mixing well.
Add chili peppers and pour in the cornstarch slurry, stirring until thickened.
Finish with sesame oil and mix well.
