- 1 cup dried anchovies
- 🌰 1/2 cup walnuts
- 🌰 1/2 cup almonds
- 🧄 7 cloves garlic
- 2 green chilies
Seasoning Ingredients
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 0.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 0.5 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- Adequate amount of vegetable oil

Cut garlic into 3-4 pieces, halve walnuts and almonds or use them whole. Shake off excess powder from dried anchovies using a sieve.
Dry roast almonds and walnuts in a pan over medium heat for about 3 minutes until crispy. Transfer to a separate bowl.
Add vegetable oil to the pan and sauté the garlic over medium heat until fragrant.
Add dried anchovies to the pan and stir-fry for about 5 minutes until crispy.
Add cooking wine, soy sauce, and sugar. Mix well to coat the anchovies evenly.
Add the roasted nuts to the pan and mix thoroughly.
Finely chop green chilies and add them to the pan. Stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
Turn off the heat and add corn syrup and sesame seeds. Mix well to finish.
Serve the stir-fried anchovies with nuts as a savory side dish or snack.
