- 🐟 200g dried anchovies
 - 🌰 70g almonds
 - 🌰 70g walnuts
 
Seasonings
- 2 tsp soy sauce
 - 3 tsp olive oil
 - 3 tsp corn syrup
 - 🧂 1 tsp sugar
 - 2 tsp cooking wine
 - 1 tsp mayonnaise
 - 🌾 1 tsp sesame seeds
 
手順
Dry roast the anchovies in a pan until crispy, without oil.
Place the roasted anchovies in a sieve and shake off excess powder.
Prepare the almonds and walnuts by setting them aside.
Combine soy sauce, olive oil, corn syrup, sugar, and cooking wine in a pan. Heat on medium until bubbling, then reduce to low heat.
Add the anchovies and nuts to the pan and stir-fry until well coated.
Turn off the heat and mix in mayonnaise for added creaminess.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve.
