- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1+2/3 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce

- 1 tbsp chili powder
手順
Prepare fresh shishito peppers by removing stems, washing them thoroughly, and draining excess water.
Place the peppers in a plastic bag, add an adequate amount of flour, and shake vigorously to coat them evenly.
Steam the flour-coated peppers in a steamer lined with a cloth or parchment paper for 4–5 minutes.
While steaming, prepare the sauce by mixing sesame seeds, fish sauce, sesame oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, and chili powder.
Once the peppers are steamed, transfer them to a bowl and toss them gently with the prepared sauce.
