- 🦑 1 whole squid
Noodles
- 🍜 2 packs udon noodles
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- Some green onion
- 2 chili peppers
Condiments
- 3 tbsp chili oil
- 4 tbsp gochujang
- 4 tbsp chili powder
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🍬 6 tbsp sugar
- 4 tbsp cooking wine
- 🧄 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 💧 2 tbsp water
手順
Slice all vegetables thinly and prepare them.
Prepare the sauce by mixing all condiments together.
Boil water with 1 tbsp salt and blanch the squid briefly.
In another pot, boil udon noodles for about 1 minute until loosened.
Rinse the noodles in cold water to prevent them from becoming soggy.
Heat chili oil in a pan and sauté 1 tbsp minced garlic.
Add the squid to the pan and stir-fry until lightly cooked.
Add onions and stir-fry, then add the remaining vegetables.
Add half of the prepared sauce and stir-fry with the vegetables and squid.
Add the udon noodles and the remaining sauce, stir-frying everything together.
Serve the squid stir-fried udon hot and enjoy!
