Meat
- 🥓 3 strips bacon
Seasonings
- 🧄 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 🧂 2 pinches roasted salt
- A dash of pepper

Trim the roots of the spinach, separate the bunches, wash thoroughly, and drain the water.
Chop the garlic finely and cut the bacon into 1.5cm wide pieces.
Heat avocado oil in a pan and stir-fry the bacon until golden and crispy.
Add minced garlic to the pan and sauté until fragrant.
Add the spinach to the pan and stir-fry until it just wilts. Sprinkle roasted salt and pepper to taste.
Turn off the heat and let the residual heat finish cooking the spinach.
