    • 🧅 1/2 onion
    • 2 chili peppers
    • 🧅 1/2 green onion

    • 2 tbsp chili powder
    • 1 tbsp gochujang
    • 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
    • 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil

Cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces.

Layer sliced onions at the bottom of a pot and place the tofu on top.

Prepare the seasoning sauce by mixing soy sauce, soup soy sauce, chili powder, gochujang, sugar, minced garlic, and sesame oil.

Slice green onions and chili peppers diagonally, and cut the onion into bite-sized pieces.

Place the vegetables on top of the tofu, add the seasoning sauce in the center, and cook on high heat for 5 minutes. Reduce to medium heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
