  • Seasoning

    • 2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
    • 2 tbsp chili powder
    • 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp cooking wine
    • 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
    • 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
    • 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil
    • 1/2 tsp black pepper
    • 1/2 tsp ginger powder
    • 1 tsp sesame seeds

Slice green chilies and green onions diagonally. Julienne the onion and carrot. Tear oyster mushrooms into small pieces. Slice perilla leaves into bite-sized pieces.

Clean the squid, score the body, and cut into bite-sized pieces. Wash the tentacles with flour to remove any residue and slice them.

Mix gochujang, chili powder, soy sauce, cooking wine, oyster sauce, sugar, minced garlic, sesame oil, black pepper, and ginger powder to prepare the marinade. Let it rest in the fridge for better flavor.

Combine all ingredients except perilla leaves in a large bowl.

Add the marinade to the bowl and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Heat a frying pan with a small amount of oil. Stir-fry the marinated ingredients until the pork and squid are fully cooked.

Add perilla leaves and drizzle a little sesame oil before finishing.

Transfer to a serving plate and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
