- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds

- 2 tbsp cooking oil
手順
Clean the squid by removing its innards and washing thoroughly.
Blanch the squid in boiling water to prevent excess liquid during stir-frying.
Slice the carrot thinly and cut the remaining vegetables and squid into strips.
Prepare the seasoning sauce using the listed quantities.
In a bowl, mix the squid, carrot, onion, and 2/3 of the seasoning sauce.
Heat a pan with cooking oil and stir-fry the squid mixture on high heat. Add scallions, chilies, and the remaining sauce.
