- Seafood - 2 whole octopuses
 
- Vegetables - 🧅 1 onion, sliced
- 1 stalk green onion, chopped
 
- Seasoning - 3 tbsp chili powder
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
 
手順
Chop the green onion and slice the onion.
Rub the octopus with coarse salt to clean it thoroughly.
Blanch the octopus briefly in boiling water, then immediately cool it in ice water.
