- 450g Korean blood sausage (sundae)
 - 1 green chili pepper
 - 1 dried red chili pepper
 - 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
 - 🥕 1/4 carrot, sliced
 - 120g cabbage, chopped
 - 15 rice cakes
 - 10 perilla leaves, sliced
 - 2 tbsp perilla seed powder
 - 1 tbsp cooking oil
 
Spicy Sauce
- 2 tbsp red pepper flakes
 - 4 tbsp Korean chili paste (gochujang)
 - 1 tbsp oyster sauce
 - 🧂 2 tbsp sugar
 - 🧄 2 tbsp minced garlic
 - 1 tbsp ginger juice
 - 2 tbsp mirin
 - 4 tbsp kelp stock
 - 1/2 tsp black pepper
 
手順
Slice the cabbage, onion, carrot, green chili, and dried red chili into appropriate sizes.
Cut the sundae into bite-sized pieces and blanch the rice cakes in boiling water.
Heat a pan with 1 tbsp of cooking oil and stir-fry the green chili and dried red chili until fragrant.
Add the cabbage, onion, and carrot to the pan and stir-fry until slightly softened.
Add the sundae, rice cakes, and spicy sauce mixture to the pan. Stir-fry until well combined.
Cover the pan and let it cook for 1-2 minutes if the sundae is firm from refrigeration.
Add sliced perilla leaves and perilla seed powder. Mix quickly and serve hot.
