材料
- Main Ingredients - 7 sheets fish cake
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🧅 1/3 green onion, sliced
- 3 tbsp cooking oil
 
- Seasoning - 2/3 cup water
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
 
手順
Slice green onion diagonally into 0.5cm pieces.
Slice onion into thin strips, about 0.5cm wide.
Cut fish cake into halves lengthwise, then quarter each piece.
Heat a pan and add 3 tbsp cooking oil. Stir-fry 1 tbsp minced garlic until fragrant.
Add fish cake to the pan and stir-fry until golden brown.
Add green onion, onion, 2/3 cup water, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 pinch black pepper, and 2 tbsp gochujang. Stir-fry until well combined.
Add 1 tbsp sesame oil and stir-fry until fragrant.
Sprinkle 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds as a final garnish. Serve hot.
