Main Ingredients
- 🥩 300g thinly sliced beef brisket
- 🌱 1 bag soybean sprouts
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 10 perilla leaves, sliced
- 2 green chilies, sliced
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 2 tbsp chili flakes
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin (cooking wine)
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- A pinch of black pepper
手順
Mix all the seasoning ingredients to create the sauce.
Slice the onion and perilla leaves into thin strips.
Layer the soybean sprouts, onion, beef, sauce, and perilla leaves in a pan.
Top with sliced green chilies and cover the pan with a lid. Cook for 3 minutes.
Once the moisture from the sprouts and beef is released, stir-fry everything together until well combined and cooked through.
