Shrimp
- 🦐 10-12 cocktail shrimp
Vegetables
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber, finely chopped
- 🧅 1/2 onion, finely chopped

- 1.5 tbsp chili or sriracha sauce

- 1-2 tbsp flour or glutinous rice flour

Finely chop the cucumber and onion.
Blanch the cocktail shrimp briefly in boiling water.
