- 400g pork
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🥕 1/4 carrot, sliced
- 1/2 green chili, sliced
- 1/2 red chili, sliced
- 1/2 scallion, sliced
- A pinch of sesame seeds
- 5 tbsp water
- A small amount of cooking oil
Seasoning Ingredients
- 2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1.5 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- A pinch of black pepper
手順
Slice the onion and carrot thinly. Cut the green chili, red chili, and scallion diagonally.
Mix all seasoning ingredients in a bowl to create the marinade.
Marinate the pork with the prepared seasoning for 20 minutes.
Heat a pan with cooking oil and stir-fry the marinated pork. Add onion, carrot, and water, then continue cooking.
Once the pork is cooked, add green chili, red chili, and scallion. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
