  • Pasta

    • 🍝 200g spaghetti
  • Seasoning

    • 🧄 15g sliced garlic
    • 4g pepperoncino
    • 🧂 To taste salt

    • 100ml pure olive oil

Slice garlic thinly and soak in water for 30 minutes.

Remove water from garlic slices and fry them in 160°C olive oil. Reserve the oil for later use.
