材料
Noodles
- 🍜 400g udon noodles
Vegetables
- 🥬 200g well-fermented kimchi
- 🍄 1/2 king oyster mushroom, sliced
- 🧅 1/2 green onion, chopped
- 1/2 green chili, chopped
- 1/2 red chili, chopped
- 🍄 2 soaked shiitake mushrooms
Protein
- 🍢 4 flat fish cakes
Seasoning
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp salt
- 🧂 A pinch of black pepper
手順
Boil 1 liter of water with anchovy stock pack for 15-20 minutes to make broth.
Prepare fish cakes, king oyster mushroom, green onion, green chili, red chili, and kimchi.
Skewer fish cakes, slice mushrooms diagonally, and chop green onion and chilies.
Remove stock pack from broth and add soy sauce, minced garlic, and kimchi.
Add sliced king oyster mushroom to the broth.
Add udon noodles to the broth and let them loosen naturally without stirring.
Add fish cake skewers and cook until softened.
Season with salt and adjust to taste. Add green onion, green chili, and soaked shiitake mushrooms.
