    • 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
    • 3 tbsp soy sauce
    • 🍬 1 tbsp sugar or syrup
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil
    • A dash of black pepper
    • Sesame seeds as garnish

Cut the tofu into large pieces and sprinkle with salt. Let it rest for a while.

Prepare the seasoning sauce by mixing minced onion, green onion, chili peppers, chili powder, soy sauce, minced garlic, sugar, sesame oil, black pepper, and sesame seeds.

Prepare 2 eggs for soft boiling later.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the tofu until golden brown on both sides.

Transfer the tofu to a pot, pour the seasoning sauce over it, and add water until the tofu is partially submerged. Bring to a boil.

Simmer the tofu while spooning the sauce over it. When the sauce is slightly reduced, add the eggs and cover the pot. Cook until the eggs are soft-boiled.
