材料
- Main Ingredients - 1/2 block tofu
- 2 green chilies
- 1 red chili
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
 
- Seasonings - 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 8 tbsp water
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp chili powder
 
手順
Prepare tofu, green onion, green chilies, red chili, minced garlic, sesame seeds, sesame oil, and chili powder.
Cut tofu into evenly sized pieces.
Slice green onion and chop it finely.
Chop the chilies into small pieces.
Mix soy sauce, sesame seeds, minced garlic, sesame oil, and chili powder to make the sauce.
Heat a pan with a little sesame oil or cooking oil and fry the tofu with a pinch of salt.
Flip the tofu and fry the other side.
Add the sauce to the pan and pour in 8 tbsp of water.
Simmer until the sauce is almost fully reduced.
Once the sauce is reduced, the dish is ready to serve.
