Main Ingredients
- 🐟 2 medium-sized fresh mackerels
- 💧 200ml water
Seasoning
- 10 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧅 1 green onion
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds
- a dash of sesame oil
手順
Clean the mackerels thoroughly, removing the guts, and rinse them.
Slice the green onion diagonally and prepare 1/2 tbsp of minced garlic.
Mix soy sauce, green onion, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, sugar, sesame seeds, and a dash of sesame oil to create the braising sauce.
Layer the cleaned mackerels in a pot and pour the prepared sauce over them.
Add 200ml of water to the pot and bring it to a boil.
While boiling, occasionally spoon the sauce over the mackerels to enhance flavor absorption.
Simmer until the liquid reduces to half, then serve.
